We begin work on your outfit shortly after your order is confirmed. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation window Within 24 hours
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order on the website. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel.
After 24 hours
Once the 24-hour window has passed, we are unable to cancel your order or process a refund, as making has already begun.
Store credit transfer
While refunds are not applicable after the cancellation window, the amount paid can be transferred towards a different outfit of your choice.
