01 — Delivery time
Standard order Made to order
Our standard shipping time from New Delhi is ~2 months for all outfits, depending on the style.
Ready to ship In stock
Outfits under our 'Ready to Ship' section are dispatched within 1 week of placing the order.
02 — Shipping
India Free
All outfits are shipped free of charge across India, with no minimum spend.
International
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges are applicable at the time of checkout on all international orders.
03 — Size
Size chart
Our size chart is visible on each product page. Please refer to it before placing your order.
Plus size pricing
There is an additional charge of 10%–15% for bust size 42" and above, reflecting the craftsmanship required.
04 — Taxes & duties
Domestic orders
All prices shown include applicable taxes. No additional charges at checkout.
International orders
Product prices do not include import duties, customs, or local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all such charges levied by your destination country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
05 — Colours
We photograph every outfit with care to show you its true colour as faithfully as possible. The images we share reflect how the outfit looks in person. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as screens of electronic devices may vary.
That said, every screen is different. Brightness, contrast, and colour settings vary between devices, which means the colour you see may look slightly different from the physical fabric.
06 — Returns
No exchanges or returns
All our outfits are made to order. We do not offer exchanges or returns once your order is confirmed. This applies to Ready to Ship items for standard styles as well.
Alterations
If your outfit needs adjusting, our team is happy to help. Shipping charges for sending and returning altered outfits are to be borne by the customer.
07 — Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation window Within 24 hours
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applicable.
After 24 hours
Once the cancellation window has passed, we are unable to process a refund. However, the amount paid can be transferred towards a different outfit of your choice. Returns or refunds are also not applicable on Ready to Ship items for standard styles.
